Yes they were old 40K "Familiars" ... but make great Stealer Patriarchs or Brood Bros ... 
They did the same with little versions of the 4 Chaos Gods ... which I use for Epic ...

hey did Gw every release any other geenstealers like the Broodlord or patriarch beacuse i cant find any epic mins for them on the web but i got one i got in a trade. It looks real and not fan made.Please help |

They're a 40K invention but were not around at the time of Epic so there's no mini for them in Epic. What you may have sounds like the genestealer familiar miniature they released. I have one too. |
