While going through the original Adeptus Titanicus :Codex Titanicus (the one for 1st edition not the newer one), I ran back across something I'd forgotten about a long while ago.
Rules and forumli for the creation of completely original titans, complete with point total calculations.
This is something that's been missing from Netepic for a long long time.
So I went in and started checking the point totals, and comparing the old Warlord point totals vs New against old and new reavers, and Warhounds, and Phantoms, and ork gargants... and the ratios remain pretty close.
I'm wondering if anyone would be interested looking them over if I put them up here for review.

I would be very interested as i use a range of created battle titans (monarch, usurper and battlemaster classes) in parallel with warlords. I also use SASTs (single armament scout titans) which are like ordinatus minoris.
