Is this chaos card able to move a praetorian?
If yes (arrrgh, it mean a single daemon can move a fully loaded capitol imperialis in a lake :p "ploof", you've lost" ), can it be moved in every direction, I mean, can you lift it up and put it atop a building? What happens if yes? (the building is crushed, what happens to the leviathan or capitol imperialis).

My opponent wanted to move the capitol imperialis atop the edge of a building so it fell (and destroy the building too).

Well, it only says "non-titan", so yes in theory it could pick up a CI, despite how silly that seems :)

A Praetorian treats a building as Impassible terrain, so as a strict interpretation of the card as written, if your opponent can drop the CI on a building the CI is destroyed and there is no effect on the building. ?

However, I think it would be reasonable to make the building at least make a basic save to avoid being destroyed. ?Good reason to keep your Praetorians away from buildings and marshes if you're playing against Chaos :D

Hi!

I believe praetorians and titans cannot be affected by this. It should be corrected to reflect this, since they are equivalent pinning classes.

Thanks. Maybe you can add this in the errata.
That's the problem with some old epic rules: not a lot of precision so you don't really know, and the old dice trhowing method to see who's right in the middle of game isn't great :D
