Found what I think is an errata in the PDF list.  I'm guessing the Recon Vehicle should have Transport 1.  Both from a "modelling reality" and "so the detachment works properly" point of view.

I noticed this as well, but didn't want to go around in a circle on the argument.

I agree.  The Mechanicus list does it very nicely.  But you might want to even-up the 2 mechanised detachments at 250- they're a bit annoying at 225 and 275.  The distinction at this point level seems unnecessary.
