I know exactly what you mean, I have a set of SOP's (standard operating procedures) that have just been updated multiple times over the years, because i wrote the original i dont see the errors anymore, you have to get fresh eyes to read them to find the errors.

whilst we've moved to a discussion on the 'revision' is there any chance that if a NetEpic Platinum rule book is produced in high res (like the current gold) could it possibly have 'tabs' for different sections?

Hello,

I've started proof-reading the Eldar book. Will come back to you if I see anything obvious!

Thanks,

Hey there folks I suggest a moderator (or Primarch!) starts up a "To do" thread for Net Epic Platinum (or whatever it's going to be called - but I like platinum). This would have a complete list of all issues that need to be addressed for the next revision with no additional commentary, thus making a succinct list which can have each issue methodically ticked off.
It would be easier than trying to sift through all the threads trying to find things like the praetorian issue etc....

Hi!

I am actually going to try to learn Adobe Indesign to achieve an equally high level of quality like Net Epic Gold. Granted I will have to recycle the art, since that was extremely difficult to get in the first place. If people have art to share (note don't use GW stuff to avoid problems), send it to me to pramos10@cox.net. But yes, will will try to reproduce a nice version. :)

In addition will will make a printer friendly version, since that has been ask for quite a lot. this should be easy since its mostly a pdf with text and not as image intense.

Also, we'll probably split up books, which will make smaller, easier to handle books which some favor. I like the all encompassing mega- tome myself, but that's just me. ;D

Hi!

I assume you are volunteering to be "army champion" for the Eldar?

Position is open.... ;)
