Well because of the last screwup  (left out my own precious squats!) lets do another try!

I voted IG, because Titans are my favorite minis. However Squats are close second.

SM's are common as muck while Tyranids are too hard to get hold of... mainly because I have them all

I could have voted for a bunch here, but Eldar won, but Squats and IG were weerrry close seconds.  I couldn't vote for Chaos because there really isn't one Chaos army anymore, (and combined my largest army is Chaos by miles....34650 points and growing).

Marines are probably not as popular because...well...they are a little boring.  

Tyranids were the last of the Epic armies released so a lot less people probably played them.  They are also a lot different, so this might work against them.

Im also wondering why noone likes the tyranids.. I'd love t ohave an army, My stupid friend sold his at a convent like 14 years ago *grrr*

Tyranids, the first non Fantasy Battle army. 40K universe started to look interesting.

IG 1st(IMO they should include all imperial unit like sm/tl)
because:
-a lot of units
-they look like a real army
-great weapon choises
difficult?
but eldar 2nd
-a lot of good units
- if you have a bigger eldar army
there is nothing what you can`t replace easily
squats 3rd
because:
-few unit choises
-but if
they are really good
-a lot of heavy weapons
4th
probably tau
because:
-never played
but they read great
-think they are just better eldar
5th
tyranids
-played by a good general
nearly invincible IMO
-but not my favorite army
6th
chaos
-never played
-can use almost every imp./sm unit
-additional to the choas gods
-IMO if played well
invincible too

last orks(sorry)
don`t like them very much
but you can win with them also
