It will always be available via download. That has, and always will be the prime method of getting it.
Of course many will download and go to kinkos and similar places to make their book. We'll definitely try to to facilitate this.
I just have a fancy for a pro made book. It may be feasible, or not. I'm going to seriously do it, however it will be a one time thing.
