I don't really know what a Steam is but I tried making an account to vote and help you out.

It requires me to buy something before I can vote though and I don't want to do that sorry. Good luck with it.

Well that's a pain...very sorry to see that happening; that's a huge disappointment. Sorry for your inconvenience, too.

There are a number of free-to-play titles on Steam. If you were keen (and I'd absolutely understand why you wouldn't be), I'm pretty sure downloading one of the small free-to-play titles like Memoir '44 would be counted as activating your Steam account, but I can't say for sure.

Again, very sorry for your inconvenience -- but very much appreciate that you tried to help us. :)
