Just a quick question on micro world games vikings.
At the risk of sounding like a plonker, what are bondi warriors and hirdmen?

Bondi are free men and landowners (ie, yeoman but not thralls or serfs, nor nobles). These would probably be the bulk of any massed army.

Hird are the direct retainers and court of the nobles (carls and jarls). Basically household guard/bodyguards on the battlefield. They'd be superior or even elite troops.

Bondi translates to farmer/peasant.
Hird (same word as english herd) is the standing army, professional soldiers or bodyguards.
