Post subject:  Dark Alliance Concepts
These are some of the concepts for the Dark Alliance army which will probably get released around late summer of next year. Keep in mind, the final miniatures will probably be a bit different from these, but this is the general idea. The artist's name is Jared Blando, I think he did a great job on them.

The infantry will probably be a bit more burly in miniature form. I also think for the Elite I will probably make the faceplate a bit less overtly demonic looking.

How will the elite inf be armed? will what's in the concept picture be upsized to a pole-arm of some type or will there be a second hand weapon/shield?

The basic infantry will have 2 packs, one pack with 2 guys armed with hand weapon and shield. The 2nd pack will be a halberdier with a shield.

I actually haven't decided yet on the Elites, but I would definitely like to hear preferences. Initially I thought, since they were elites they pretty much carry whatever the heck they feel like into battle, so maybe 2 poses with great weapons and 1 pose with an additional hand weapon, to set them apart from the basic infantry.

The molemen and such don't have the best pics, I was gong to hold off until I got the master casts back.

Sounds ideal, i'd probably get 2 packs halberds, 1 pack 2HW, 2 packs elites to start with.
