The footnote on SW p.37 says "Fixed EW may be purchased at TL higher than 2, but has the same EW rating limitations as those of EW at a higher TL.
1. The chart shows Fixed EW at TL2 having a max of 6. Is this supposed to be 8, like EW at TL3 is?
2. Does the above footnote imply that there are 2 more levels of Fixed EW:
- Fixed EW (TL3, max 10 pts)
- Fixed EW (TL4, max 12 pts)?
This is how Im going to enter it on my data sheet. Let me know if thats wrong. Thanks!

The limitation for Fixed EW at TL2 (6) is correct; Fixed EW at higher TL would be TL4/8, TL5/10, TL6/12, as per 'normal' EW.
