I'm thinking similar to Kroova's ork stompa chart:
It'd be helpful for scratch builders.

None that I am aware of. That is super cool, however. Honestly, the sizes of any scratch-builts or proxies should be way bigger when it comes to the WEs. Those Overlords should be huge to carry six battlecannons and four autocannons and a bomb rack. And check out Stugmeister's illustration of the Cyclops... It's HUUUUUUUUGEE!!

Also the scale of that BFG gunshipship is WAYYYYY off. She's roughly equivalent to a Firestorm Frigate which is 1.8 KM. Given all things orky, she's at a minimum 5 times larger. Still, pretty neat graphic!
