| Post subject: | Squats Thunderfires: How many do you own? |
We've been working on the Thurgrimm list and the Thunderfires are a bit of a problem. Ideally I would like to field these in three's, but my big concern is that players will not have enough units to field even one formation, let alone two. Assuage or confirm my worries by voting below. Please do not vote based on what you WANT, but only vote on what you currently own. Thanks! |

2 came in the blister so more people are going to have 2 than 3. Weren't Thunderfires more powerful than your average flack? 2 can do the job of 3?  Relatively easy to scratch build and/or proxy.

While I think the poll numbers are a bit low across the board, I suppose the distribution isn't going to change much. This tells me pairs of Thunderfires are the only way to go. Thanks, everyone! |

Given the sparsity of the models, I'd say the numbers in the army list are irrelevant. People will be scrounging old models or hunting down proxies or scratch-building, and as Adam77 pointed out, there are lots of options for for the latter options. Do what works in the list and don't worry about the models. |
