Hello all.

We're proud to announce that the Alternative Civil War Kickstarter will be live [b]April 26th/b].

Alternative Civil War is a 28mm scale miniature wargame set in an alternate background where impossible science collides with ancient magicks and weird beings clash with courageous soldiers on the American Civil War battlegrounds.

If you find this an interesting project, you might check out more about us and our game, including background, art and miniatures at our website, where you can also find out the alpha version of our rules, fully free to download at our rules section.

You may notice we've set up the newsletter already, which will allow you to keep in direct touch with the progression of this upcoming game. This is a major waypoint for us, and we're soon launching a small raffle to commemorate it. Stay tuned!

"After much thought we have decided to move the date of our Kickstarter a little bit, to March 29th. We think that will be a date more positive for our backers,as it fits better with a month-starts-month-ends formula.

I'm getting interested in this. Looks to be a bit better than Wild West Exodus. I do have questions about the basic rules posted up, but I suppose I'm in no rush at the moment to have them answered.

Oh, no. I don't have any posted, and I'll wait a bit until you have a better framework to provide answers. I especially don't want to clog up this thread with stuff like that.

Went over your stuff with a friend today, we're almost positive we're going halves on a kickstarter for this, as long as it stays as interesting as it is now.
