Well from our standpoint, we are working on a publishable copy. I'm even doing some copying today and my gaming buddy has a lot on his computer.  We can play and experiment because we have been doing it together for a long time and simply can refer to a rule written or otherwise. Primarch's Heresy rules are available, so you might what to check those out, they are a hybrid system. :)

I already have. I fact I'm to blame for the Sisters of Battle and Planetary Defense Force lists. I'm just perpetually looking for new rules to read.

Oh yes, we were working on them for a little while this evening, so when we think they are worthy, we'll let everyone know. ?

And as you know, every author, game designer etc., likes to know his labors are being read ... :D ?

But like I said before, no matter what Epic system you play, try "Activation" and don't be too reluctant to experiment. But you're probably like many of us who are always looking for a better system ... :)

Oh yes, the holy grail of the game systems has eluded me so far, but I've discovered a fair number of nice game systems in the process.

Besides, as I am a weird person I actually _like_ to read game rules to see what kind of mechanics they use. My interests also include army list conversion and design.  :;):

Well we have similar interests. ?:) ?

I'll keep you updated as we work our way thru. But it may take awhile, before we can send out copies. As you know, our hobbies get pushed aside by other priorities ... :(

Yeah, I'd have nothing against work except for the fact it gets in the way of my hobbies.  As do certain family related responsibilities... :(

However, when we move in 28. may I'm FINALLY going to get my own workroom. Of course, the work I'm going to do there has something to do with Epic... :;):

Dude, when you move in May, your better half will keep you so busy with a drill and other Mr Fix-It chores that you wont even unpack your gaming stuff for a month! :)

I know...it just happened to me :(

PS Top tip:  put your minis in a box, wedge them tight with bits of bubble wrap and then pack it full of those styrofoam chips- it greatly reduces the probability of damage.  Again, I speak from bitter experience

Speaking of moving, another good tip for storing miniatures during a move and preventing damage is:

- to wrap them in toilet or tissue paper.

I've found this method inexpensive and very effective. It takes a little while to wrap them all up, but saving miniatures is priceless! ?

I usually wrap terrain items in newspaper unless they are delicate in which case they too get TP'ed! :p

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

Cleaned up some Ork Stormboyz & Kommandos, I got on the Bartertown site (I've got more of them and a metal Stomper coming from that site also). What can I say... I like Spec. Op. types! :D ?

Transferred 1 mob of Ork "Freebooterz" to my Chaos box. And all I have to do is QA my Eldar Exodite T-Rexs and spray them with clear flat and they are "battle ready." Not much, but it's the best I could do...
