Dear All,

It states that skimmers can fly over terrain but can they fly over enemy and friendly units as well?

I'm going from memory again, so I stand to be corrected, but the answer is yes, providing the rules for zones of control are respected. It's not that easy to just 'move through' enemy models ;).
