HI, I am looking for the rules as i remember seeing them as they did a limited edition kit for the imperator to change it into a warmonger imperator class. If any one possibly has them for space marine / titan legions would be great (2nd edition). thank you

you can use all NETEPIC stats for SM/TL aswell
since NETEPIC is a upgraded(much more units) and well rounded(modifed rules)
version of SM/TL IMO, try it.
