I believe the term for this is "threadomancy" but two years later I have the warhost painted, an avatar and 2 dreadnought detachments. I also have a phantom titan, another dreadnought det, another warhost and warlocks to add thanks to two donations from friends - I've been lucky in that 3 friends now have given me their old epic stuff!

Also have lots of marines, titans and orks - sold the squats!
