This was something that came up after a discussion on the board of the Anargo Sector Project, and well we already have somewhat of a Spacer's Dictionary but we thought it would also be cool to have something similar for the Imperial Guard. Now I havent read all those Gaunt novels and whatever else, so Im curious that perhaps you people here have some ideas and suggestions for slang which is used by the Imperial Guard which you think should be included in this dictionary.

The first thing you want to do is check the Imperial Guardsmen's slang page in the 4th edition 40k Imperial Guard Codex.

Didn't the Black Library do something that might help ? The IG Primer, IIRC ...

Hmm...the Primer is more an instructional manual for the Guardsmen. The novels on the other hand might be more handy.

Problem is that I dont have access to the Codex. But thanks for the suggestions I've got a little list with what I've already found online here.

Hmm. I thik these weren't in the list:
Klom: a kilometer (might be Valhallan specific term; this is from Commissar Cain novels) Downwind of an Ogryn: a term used to describe (generally unpleasant smeling) atmospheric pollutions.
