I am NOT a pro but I like to venture into things I have never done before. I have a partial chaos army for epic. I do not have any death wheels. I do not like the death wheel some people built using round bases and tank tracks. Here is what I came up with: Wheel of death Attachment:

Oooh! Really, really like this! I agree with you about the usual Deathwheel. Kind of a dumb concept. This is very cool. Tell us how you made it? |

Looks good, reminds me of that nurgle plague beast from SM era. |

I saw a video about Tinkercad. Then I started to play with it (see my buildings in the terrain topic) Then I wanted to do something more difficult. And managed to do this. Took a long while as I have never done anything in 3D. Then sent it to Shapeways for printing. Then I convinced a caster friend to make this priority to see the result as soon as possible. Could be better, but as a first vehicle I think it is OK. Will ask the caster to make size comparison shots too. The inspiration for the shape came from Star Wars droid tank. Fist it did not have a skull, but then I thought, why not... |

Very interesting! Are you planning on making it available to the public? |

Looks interesting, would like to see it painted though. Can't really make up my mind if i like it or not. Cool thinking outside the box though! |

Mortoden: although I created it, I also want to see it painted to see if I modify it with GS or other add-ons. As soon as I get one, I will paint it. Armand: yes, as soon as I know the price of the casting, I will make it available. |

Nice work? How big is it? Roughly how long did it take you to make? I'm planning on getting into CADing myself once I buy a new laptop. |

very difficult to tell. here 10 minutes, there 30 minutes. And also trying to figure out how this whole CAD thing works. For an experienced person this would be one day max. Besides family and work, this was around 4-5 weeks. I just figure from the first screenshot I saved. Now I would be much faster. Tinkercad has limitations and I had time limitations. |

Glorious. I really like this take on the death wheel. Unique but instantly recognizable nevertheless |

I like it. I could see grabbing a few if you make them available once we get a scale shot ![]() |
