These are old photos that are from another thread that i was doing during the creation of another ship, but I took some new pics and am starting this thread as a wip thread.  The art of inspiration.  It has been made to fit the weapon sides from my other ship the Typhoon strike cruiser.  C&C welcome and encouraged i hope to have many more pics of the wip in the future. Blind- |

that's really nice!, can you stick a third section in to make it more battleship sized? the drawing is great I love the heresy era with an extra gun section that would look like a super-grand cruiser it would fit into both chaos and imperial fleets maybe have a front lance option? would not look as nice though great work |

That is going to be one section once cast, with a nose added to one end and the engine and bridge added to the other, i don't see why i couldn't convert a middle section to have different stuff yet extend it to be battleship sized. Thats a great idea actually thank you! My drawing skills suck, that little nub sticking out the middle of the nose at the very tip is actually supposed to be a lance. a "stub" lance might work and also maybe a wider barrel option to make it bombardment cannonesque to act as a marine barge? |

Man, you're actually doing this aren't you? Wow! I do think it would need some sort of cathedral/tower/etc bridge, but this is going to be sheer awesomeness! By the way, what are the dimensions of those turrets? |

Update! Been working on the nose of this beast, had to scrap two of them to get to this point, this type of shape has never been easy for me but i am starting to get the hang of how to do it... it's mostly persistance though. I added some pics of part of the ship together and next to a standard GW cruiser for scale. This thing is around 6.5cm right now i expect it to be atleast 9.5cm same as imperial cruiser, or perhaps 10.5 at most. It's a thick ship, reminds me of the grand cruiser alot. C&C welcome!
