The Warpike will be altered a bit to have larger weapon batteries instead of all those small broadside turrets. I'll probably shrink the ship somewhat so it can stand in as a Dauntless Light Cruiser. The dagger will need some heavy modification, but then it will become a destroyer, or maybe even something smaller. The Harbinger will have more details added, maybe a few turrets on top, making it a larger transport ship. The Broadside Carrier will need to be widened up, and then shrunk, to make it a nice alternative for the Defiant Light Cruiser. |

I really can see the Harbringer as a large transport! I think the dagger could become a nice fast cutter, or a system ship, depending on the size! |

I was imagining the Dagger as something rather small yeah. Only one major problem now. Last night I tried to find the original Sketchup files for these models. However, the hard drive they were on died, meaning I can't access the models anymore. A shame really, but luckily enough I can easily recreate these very quickly. I can also modify them better to fit my own tastes. Which means that the eagle head might be making a comeback. Was thinking of designating these ships as 'Aquila Pattern' or something... |

Aquila pattern! Great minds think alike!  I've actually modeled and Aquila frigate, and an Aquila cruiser prow that I haven't printed yet.... If you want I'll post some renders on my plog! |

By the way, here the front part of the new 'Aquila Pattern' Light Carrier. Still needs the whole engine block, bridge, etc.

Thanks dude! I hope the printing will be able to handle the details. That's why some of them seem slightly bigger (like those studs). In the meantime I've updated the design slight to match the Imperial Warpike. Also to move it slightly away from being too clearly GW.

Plan is for this one to be around 75mm long. Need to see if that will work with all the details, otherwise it might become a little bit bigger (around 80mm at most). |
