Cool idea! Looks like a nice model. How big is it going to be? The feet, while probably realistic, look a bit awkward. Also, there is no sense of direction, apart from that conveyed by the weaponry. Maybe a power pack/exhaust at the rear?

There is an exhaust grill at the rear of the main hull.

Edit: The miniature is going to be a little large for it's foot print, it has to do with the legs sticking out. The ball will be about 10mil across.

It's going to be for 6mm, I'm having a printing done to get a look at the size of the model. i should have some FUD pics in a week or 2.

Poured the silicon today, waiting for it to set. I'm a little worried about how thin the legs are, as i don't have a vacuum pump they might be beyond my casting ability. I will probably remake them to be a lot thicker though that way they cast easier.
