rather than KS you could just take pre-orders here. It's not like you need to establish credentials or anything and it'll save you the 10%(ish) chunk they take in fees.
(plus paypal might dick you over and refuse to release the cash until you've fulfilled the pledge which you need the cash to do...).

Or set up a trade account with someone who is willing to sell $800 (plus whatever the profit margin is) of Otterware in Europe.

If you talk to WMN I'm sure he'll do you a blister design. Preferably with an otter on it.
