Most of your points are great, but I don't think we can afford this one - running a second set of matter prints would be cheaper than resin casting the first set, but even so it'd cost us hundreds of pounds to have a second set made and then painted by a professional. We don't have a big enough cash float to cover that kind of cost at this stage.

What we can do is link to examples of our previous model kits - which means we need to get the rest of the Crowdfunder #1 DiD metals up on the TMG website ASAP.

Yes, an expanded section on TMG website would be great; and even if translucent printed masters are hard to photograph, they can at least be used for scale shots, and will help to provide a stream of pictures during your funding campaign. Anything material will help potential funders visualise what they want. Specially with planes, I guess you will have a lot of questions and confusions concerning the scale (FW scale ? SG scale ? something else ?). It's not easy to get an impression from the bare dimensions.

Yes, that would be a huge risk, and I think people will need their goods delivered before another fund raiser.

You will need to have accurate quotes for your projects and a few variations/enrichment of it beforehand too. By accurate, I mean binding for the factory you're working with.

I think the preview pics are probably sufficient. Thanks for adding the stretch goals! Gives the boys a look at what they're fighting for!

Hum, I remember a fine "Stalker Robot" concept that was shown some time ago, I know you originaly designed it as a 28mm figure, but I think I'm not the only one thinking it could make an awesome addition to the cybershadows line sometime down the road... Would you say it's a possibility ?

The concept I was alluding to was shown in this thread.

Now that I am in a wishlisting mood, Would it be possible to see a vehicle bitz sprue ? I'm mostly thinking about skinnerz vehicle, and specially the beast since its three plugs lend themselves to a lot of customization, but a small sprue with a search Light, a Siren Horn, an open hatch with a yelling commander, another open hatch with a gunner, an antenna, etc would be very very nice.

I'm quite sure Skinnerz collectors are all in love with their bitz box (as one should be), and such accessory sprue could be used to customize miniatures from other ranges as well, so long as we stay true to the standard 6mm plug and would quite possibly be a smashing success :)

Novam and cybershadows themed one as well probably, although they don't yet have models that would benefit as much from it.

I don't even know of any 6mm manufacturer who made custom plugs like that available, and that's really a shame -

We could also imagine other accessory sprue for stuff without a plug but that one could still use to personalize vehicles (folded camo net, spare track links, antennas, strapped crate, fuel barrel, bolted on additional armour, field repairs, ablative armour, etc), although it would probably still have to be faction specific to be flavourful.

Well, throwing ideas out here, but I think such small additions (each sprue would probably be roughly equivalent to a sprue of small infantry) are great way to enrich a whole range. Variety is king !

Agreed on the Skinnerz vehicle sprue, was looking at my beasts last night thinking the same sort of thing as Athmospheric.

I think some detail "bitz" could be worked in, either as a separate release, or as added extras alongside other future Skinnerz kits...

Perfect to see the cybershadows on the board as rewards. Is there something amiss with the first pledge option? Headline states super cyborgs, yet the reward is infantry.

PAINTING COMPETITION

So, we're now in a quiet-ish period between the end of the stand-alone metal kit dispatches and the start of the plastics dispatches for Crowdfunder #1... how about a painting competition?!?

The best painted Lancastrian Bomber (as voted for by our facebook community at https://www.facebook.com/TroublemakerGames) will win for its painter the matter printed master model that was used in the casting process when making our production moulds.

If you fancy having a go, please paint up a Lancastrian (or two, or eight) to the best of your ability and send us a picture either by posting it on our Facebook page or by sending it to troublemakergames@gmail.com, and we'll host a vote whereby the best Lancastrian will be chosen!

You entry must be submitted on or before the 30th of November.

May the best medium bomber win!

We're currently planning to do human & skinnerz characters in metal.
