Is there an option to get the basic sprues as well as the tanks, superheavies, etc in one pledge?

indiegogo is set up so you can have multiple pledges, you just have to go through the buying process as many times as needed. slight faff, but also flexible.

Looking forward to hearing from the factory about the poses. Meanwhile, it looks a bit strange on the website, the Beast and stuff stretch unlocked at 4700 and the various poses at 6K while the current funs are way above 6K.

We've had some file translation issues with the latest infantry sculpts apparently, they're working to get them to process, otherwise some minor resculpting on my end may be required before we can get a firm quote nailed down.

On the plus side, every purchase from £6k onwards is going towards expanding the scope of the sprue in some manner.

It depends on the campaign. This one is Fixed Funding, which means the payment is processed immediately, but you receive a refund if the campaign does not reach its funding goal. Since it's already reached the goal, you are paying immediately.
