Yeah! Well done Fattdex! I was seriously thinking of pursuing this as a project also but at £300 estimate I think I'll have to give it a miss! Awesome skills though: can't wait to see it built and painted. |

These Fellblades were made of FW Baneblades, weren't they? I made mine in a similar way, very nice tanks. |

Yeah mate, quad lasers on sides were chopped up from land raiders and made a press mold, then just styrene rod cannons with a little greenstuff. Easy and looks fine for a 'mk 1' look. |

Seriously considered/wanted to do one of these myself but the price puts it in the oh well seemed like a good idea at the time catagory. You need somebody who could cast these up instead to make it an affordable project. |

Well really it was my own project that you can get too if you are crazy. There is no point for me spend all of that money on new prints, then even more on molds to sell maybe 6 kits worldwide, and there are a lot of parts as it is, there would be even more if it were designed for casting, and it has a few complex parts that wouldnt cast well. |

Hey i understand your point of view here sir and agree with you. There would need to be a lot of customers to get such an idea going and be cost effective too. Anyway much thanks for sharing the design and you never know i may still consider it one day. Cheers |

moredakka wrote: So how many of these are you going to get Primarch? Go on make use jealous. Hi! At the moment I'm DEEPLY committed on several projects. But I make note of things like this for when the time approaches. Right now, I'm tied up until 2015. Primarch |

How much would it cost using lower-quality Shapeways materials? |
