If you wanted to mix and match Churchillians and Black Princes I'm sure we could sort that out for you.
Just put yourself down for a Churchillian squadron and email us when the crowdfunder ends to notify us of the mix you want.

I was thinking something like:

AA Vehicles Set - £20 + postage (£2 or £5)
2x infantry & apc's sprue
24x plastic bases
4x metal human AA guns
4x metal alien AA guns

8x AA tanks plus a load more infantry & bases. Sounds good?
I think multiple gun designs for the aliens would be possible in that price bracket.

Seems pretty good value to me....

Cool! One set of Churchillians ordered.

Really looking forward to variety infantry - heavy weapons and commanders will turn the basic sprues into characterful (hah) armies. AA guns sounds good too.

I'll be getting Lancastrians too, when they become available, but I'm still hoping for a redesign of the fuselage, especially cockpit. It looks much more smooth and curvy than the wings, which do have that "it flies because we say so" aerodynamic look we know and love.

By the way, if international backers make multiple individual contributions, is there some way of combining postage?

Ah, that would be one more suchlike email when the crowdfounder ends, then O0

Generally the £2 extra for subsequent packages is going to be needed as the weight band will go up (especially where metals are concerned). For someone making lots of orders I might be able to do some refunding though.

I just forgot to add an additional 3£ for additional international postage to my black princes. Can I add them as an open donation to compensate or something?

Yup if you add a donation of £3 they'll appear together on our system and we'll be able to see what's going on there.

I'm also in favour of increased basic infantry pose variety as a stretch goal, and add on metal bits focused on the plastic sprues.

However, I also don't think increased pose variety is as necessary with the humans as the aliens - because aliens are irregular barbarians waving their arms in the air, and they would benefit a great deal more than the humans from an extra one or two sculpts to break up the current uniformity. Another point in favour of this is that there are of course already many many excellent human ranges in existence, but only one solitary "wild alien" pose at present. (Incidentally what is the cost to mirror a pose - surely less than a completely new sculpt?)

Therefore for the next stretch goal I would highly encourage you to add in one more basic alien infantry pose: "More wild aliens", (and maybe even one more pose or mirroring after that?). I might even buy the "name the aliens pledge" which will take you over quarter of the way there if this is set up...

I'm guessing mirroring costs just as much as new poses - the cost isn't for E&C to make up a new pose (to me it looks like he does that for free all the time :P), it's to instruct the machine to cut in a new way.

Yes I'm aware it is about the machine, but surely mirroring an existing cut pose would be simpler than programming an entirely new pose?

I cant find on the IGG was whether the tanks are metal or plastic. I would assume metal? but might be worthwhile stating (if it isnt already there and I just cant find it :) )

Yep tanks are metal, there's a comment in the comments section from E&C that he was going to clarify that.
