Hey Markconz, how tall are those Crushers? I understand they are intended as truescale supastompas, but would they also work as 'GW-scale' gargants? Any chance for a comparison pic?

I took the turrets off the Tanks in front and stuck them on the Beasts to make them into Battlefortresses, and used the spare hatches from the Beasts to make the Tanks into Battlewagonz.

Well folks - looks like a little to learn about posting pictures here.

For those that don't know me I am a keen 6mm gamer and for several years have put on painting demonstrations at a number of wargames shows around the Midlands area. One such show I do is at Derby Worlds, this last weekend.

On the Saturday at Derby Worlds I had the opportunity to paint some stuff for myself - namley the newly arrived totally awsome figures from TMG's wave 4 kickstarter (having missed the first three waves I divested myself of an arm and a leg during the wave 4 campaign). These were a real delight (and quick) to paint. They are clean detailed and very well cast with minimal clean up time prior to undercoating. They are much more truescale than any other like models for this scale (in fact they are almost as big as some of the nominally 10mm stuff I posses). I personally really appreciate the truescale appearance (its like the difference between the flying brick thunderhawk and the FW truly epic thunder hawk). They look like they could actually carry 10 men in powered armour!

I deliberatley kept things simple and am very pleased with the results. Bases yet to be finished, but not sure on the final look I will be going for.

I took a sample of the range of models that were part of the Wave 4 kickstarter and there was a lot of interest expressed about them over the course of the weekend. Totally recommend having a look over at Troublemaker games.
