Actually no I was right, 1 bar is 14 psi.... Therefore 5 bar is 70psi, well over the level needed for pressure casting...... Darn second guessing myself!

it's at work right now, I'm currently borrowing a colleague's decent bike pump with a gauge on it to pressurise the thing....

I will get some pics tomorrow if I remember :)
