See this thread here for more information on the Art of Command supplement:

http://www.tacticalwargames.net/forums....773;r=1

In any case, we're coming down to the printing side of things and I need to get a feel for how many people are interested in a printed copy of Art of Command . These numbers really help in figuring out how much upfront costs there will be for the original print run.

Art of Command is going to be printed in a similar manner to the Epic:Raiders book and the only stylistic difference will be the layout which is the A4 paper size as compared to Raiders which was done in 8.5x11in N.American standard.

Raiders & Crusaders, Inc., Moscovian's non-profit organization, will be selling the books and all company proceeds will go to the American Cancer
Society. Originally Raiders was to do the same thing but the proceeds ended up going to the government to pay for fees. However, with Epic: Siege being the second book available and now this book, we should actually see the some money going to the charity finally. It also means Raiders & Crusaders Inc. will remain viable for printing more Epic and Battlefleet Gothic supplements in the future...

Epic: Total War
Epic: Black Crusade
Epic: Xenos
BFG: Project Distant Darkness : Distant Sun

...And others!

How does the P&P work?

How would we pay?

Cheers,

Thanks for the link.

Sounds like it could be quite expensive so only Fanatics like me would fork out! Is there any way of getting GW to advertise these?

Cheers,

RayB

As said, Moscovian calculated the prize for AoC and came up around those 14-15 dollar.

I doubt GW will advertise this, I mean they should first start advertizing SG at all!  :p

And I already don't think that many people will buy it. I hope a bunch will do.

Living in the UK I'm adding the price of P&P when considering it, so it'll cost about $27. Depending on the exchange rate that would be about £15-20. About as expensive as a GW army book or a bit more. I'm not saying I wouldn't buy it or anything I'm just saying that it's a real luxury item! So it had better be good!  :p  Do you want a proof reader?

Cheers,

RayB

Thanks for the proof read offer, if Zhai has done his share I think it isn't bad to have a second person going over it a second time.

I'll hit you with a mail (as word doc).

And yeah, the order costs do increase it somewhat so maybe you can find other people in your UK area who want it as well. Then split the shipping costs or so.

I'm glad you have the confidence in me it is worth buying it at all!

I attached the cover.... as a sneaky peeky.
