Hey guys, I was looking at 40k and thinking... what technology would i expect the orks to bring with them to space.... Zzapp guns!!!  

How does a mek ship sounds that is armed with the Zzapp gun? the range would be 15cm, but it would always hit and cause a variable amount of damage... i was thinking 1d6+2 pts of damage would be a decent amount for a Zzapp gun :)

Idea #2, a ship that has tons of rippy things on it.  I saw the Nid ships can attack in base to base contact... why not the orks?  Could you picture a ship with two huge sets of chainsaws on the sides of it moving next to a ship and buzzing away?  How about a gigantic drill for extra ramming damage?

If any of you are familiar with Kr00za, he has a ship in his fleet he made called the Gorkanort, such a ship is much bigger then a cruiser and just looks orky!!   I wonder if there were ever rules posted for this ship

hmm i don't see any rules for the Gouga tho! I do think that would be awesome as the ship just looks cool :cool:

what is that made of Kr00za? two ravagers, 2 choppas, 2 slaver grabba stikks and a drill arm bit?

this is the ship i would totally expect from an ork fleet!!

No idea. Its commonly excepted as a well balanced ship that should be offical... but its not quite made it there yet :down:

honestly i think the concept of ork ships with lots of different variations works perfectly!!  the sizes should change and so should the classes.  A light cruiser is very orky : )
