I agree it is a great idea to have a seperate "Entry" and "post" thread for these contests. Makes it easier to see the photos. And we all know how dafrca feels about photos.  :;):

Thanks for the compliments blackhorizon!

CS, I was concerned about violating the competition rules with the Messenger. You specified that escorts should be posted in squadrons of 2-4, but Messengers are allowed to be fielded on their own and as such I've never bothered to paint up a second. I was hoping that this somewhat unusual circumstance might make the submission of a single Messenger acceptible. If you feel otherwise, I can certainly take it down and might then potentially include it alongside a capital ship or other escort squadron in a later submission. Let me know   :)

Excuse me if that was not the place to post it. Maybe i should have PMed Grey_Ghost instead of posting it. Anyway, i hope i could post one or two pictures of my RT fleet ships before the ending date, but i don't know how to paint my escort carriers ???

Hehe no worries :)  There just haven't been much work for a Mod on these parts of the board so when i noticed something to do I jumped at the opportunity to exercise my Mod powers :D :p :;):

On the topic of the comp itself, Id have to agree n say it would be better if the picz were submitted via email and posted onto the kontest gallery on the closing date.
That way no vessel could be viewed untill said date.

I must admit that I prefer to have the pictures viewable right from the start, so that people can see how many entries are being posted and what is out there, and to keep discussion and visibility alive.

In other news, I have had to update the rules for this competition. Could everyone please take a look at the ne post in the 'Rules' thread. I apologise for this alteration.

I can see both sides. The photos could inspire or discourage others.

I just know for me, it is a discouraging thing because I just feel I could never live up to what the others have done.

But I do, so love looking at others great work!
