Now this, straight from the Yahoo group, posted by Ray:

Hi Guys,

Due to an Intellectual property issue there won't be a Battlesphere! There
will however be a Warsphere (older design) and a 'Big' Warsphere (new
design) (if all goes according to plan! :o)

Kudos goes to me and Nate (and the people who do the actual work :o) if this
thing gets off the ground (how do warsphere's get off the ground again? ;o)

Also NOTHING in IA3 is tournament legal unless the organisers say so!

I guess this means we have to drop the name Battlesphere forever! So lets think of a new name ('Big'-warsphere doesn't sound that good!).

Don't take them too serious:

- Attack Sphere
- Assault Sphere
- Sphere Sphere
- Super Sphere
- Power Sphere
- Kroot Sphere

Ryou'shi is a name I cooked up for Kroot recently (loosely based on a Japanese word for hunter) - I didn't want to go for Kau'yon as I see that as a concept reserved for the Shas way of war.

I have done up a list of possible Tau names for certain units at the Tau Epic dev board - whichcould be explained off as a particular Sept dialect ifthe Studio create their own...
