Specifically the contents page. Has a few sections on BFG. May see some variations on existing ships?

As (almost) said on the SG forum I:

"hold my breath, as this can go terribly wrong."

Shudders at the idea of Space Marine strike cruisers with Lances...

meh, SM lances aren't that big of a deal - their escorts already have them anyway.

Oh frick, you do not know what you are saying. There is such a difference between a single frigate with a lance in a Marine fleet allowed compared to capital ships of them with lances.
It is called: game balance & background fitting story.

At the SG forum there is this Marine thread, about 50+ pages. With the last 20 being a debate on lances for Strike Cruisers yes or no.

:)

The only good thing I see with FW having a BFG section in there new books is that most likely continue sell of current FW Ships.

And Lance's and SM are a very touchy subject! ::) ;)

Give me my variant Strike Cruisers and Battle Barge and let me be happy!

Of course there is a chance that they may provide rules for chapter variant Battlebarges (akin to the terminus est, et al) and maybe (fingers crossed) a few FW Chapter variant Marine ships like the Grey Knight strike cruiser?

There appears to be 6 pages devoted to it. I suspect: two pages of background, two for images and maybe two for rules or scenarios?

We shall see Zed...

If new models come then I'll take any rules they "try" to make and just wait for the HA to fix it! lol!

Like to see some other Strike Cruiser models or maybe even Fortress Monastery model ::)
