Post subject:  Flachion class escorts
I kindda like the minis but haven't been able to find the stats for these ships anywhere. It looks like a frigate size model with torpedoes like the Cobra and perhaps a weapons battery.
Does anyone have the stats and points value for these models?

The falcion is part of the list for the armaggeddon sector list. Here come the stats. if a mod thinks this is breaking copyright he can delete it. Thanks.

FALCION CLASS ESCORT (35 pts)
Escort/1. Speed: 25, Turns 90, Armour 5+, Shields 1, turrets 1

- WB 30/3 LFR
- Prow torpedo (1 torpedo)

So, basically it is a slow brother of the sword and cobra combined. it is most useful acting in support of swords, more than on his own. Add a falcion to a sword squadron and it adds to the overall firepower of the formation AND gives you that nifty torpedo to destroy enemy ordenance. More a defensive feature than as an offensive weapon. At least I have used them in that way when testing them. Worked fine but as opposed to others I am not that fond of the model (you can check it in the online store) so I don't field it very often.

Ah, that's interesting, I've a squadron of these, and I couldn't find the rules either. I like them bec they look as if they've been constructed as a stop-gap measure for the Armageddon war, a bit like escort carriers in WWII
