Prolly best used as chaos ships or at least part of a chaos ship conversion. Or use them in a space hulk as those things are supost to me 1000s years old.

Which ones have you got? The ones with the Imperial prow are most often used for Battlecruisers. Any others see most action as transports or other non-combatitive vessels.
Or, simply put together stats which reflect the models and use them as specific vessels to your sector.

I presumed Campsie meant the ones made in plastic that came with the boxed Space Fleet set as they were called "Gothics."
Heres a link to the SOL imperial SF page... I agree it is rather difficult to think of a use for them in BFG- they are a bit organic and smooth looking to be either Chaos of Imperial ships imo...
Lastly, Bob D's fantastic site... http://www.angelfire.com/games4/chubbybob/bfg1.htm

Wrecks Space Hulks Chaos Conversions
If I had a spare, I'd REALLY like to do a crashed one for eoic.
I know they are out of scale, but the basic body, all crumpled up, surrounded by debris and sitting in a deep furrow from rentry, used as a major objective for a battle, really gets my imaginative juices flowing....

Ok,
I'm now thinking possible alternate SM strike cruisers...
Or still thinking of Squats, still not sure which squat ship they should be though
