I'm pretty sure that you can find the Army Builder program online. Try a search with the words "Army Builder."

As far as I know, it can be used for BFG although the lists the program uses probably haven't been updated for awhile and won't include many of the more recent ships.

My friend, Chern, was using Army Builder for Epic and was inputting the data to include newer units for Epic-40k and even his beloved Squats. As far as I know, noone has written Army Builder lists for E-A yet.

IIRC I've also heard mention of a program called "Fleetmaster" on the Yahoo BFG list, which may be worth looking into, sorry I don't know any more, but a quick search on Google should turn up some results I'm sure.... :D

I seem to remember the company name being shadow lair or something.  Try searching that too.

It does have BFG fleet lists (and epic) as I have it.  Its a very useful tool, but I still recommend the army books to verify things.  Its not 100% accurate.

I think they have a demo down load on site (allowing you to build lists up to 500pts) and you pay to have the full version sent to you.
