Heh. Army builder can be downloaded (and purchased) here:
http://www.wolflair.com/I maintain bfg datafiles for both Army builder 2.2c (which is no longer supported by lone wolf due to piracy), and 3.1 (the current version). If you are using version 3 you can download the updates automatically for any game system, for ab2.2c you have to manually install them, and i haven't updated bfg in 2.2 for a lorng time so it's a little out of date.
All the major wargame systems are in army builder so it's a pretty useful tool, it's worth noting that all game datafiles are made by volunteers, so i'm not trying to sell it or any such.
I'm assuming you are the same blackhorizon that was on the spec games forums, is there any active replacement for them?
