From Forge World BFG page:

"TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE PLEASE CALL 0115 9168177 FOR STOCK INFORMATION"

This has been like this for some time now, back in August/September I wished to buy a Ramalies, but it was temporarily unavailable. So I thought no worries, probably something to prepare for Christmas rush.

However still nothing, in fack its gotten worse, now all BFG items are temp. unavail.

By the looks of things its may not be getting any better.

This may not be new to everyone but I thought I might mention it.

I do hope they get their stock back soon.

p.s. anyone who has already or who can ring that number to find out whats going on  :agree:

Most likely stocking or something. During the "Great Epic Crisis of summer 2009" Blackhorizon checked with FW and they Said "The BFG range is will stay"

I'd be shocked if F/W supported anything other then 40K & WHFB ...  They change their minds more then a tart on prom night ...   Frakk'm ... We don't need'm ... :disagree:

All BFG and Epic models used to be cast by a sub-contractor.

FW are moving the casting of the BFG and Epic models in-house, which is taking time as they have to re-make all the moulds (and some master models are damaged, and so need repairing first).

Which is good news. The FW strike cruiser had in a lot of case a horrible middle line, halves didn't match at all.

There's quite a lot of Aeronautica "TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK" too.

I'd presume most of this stuff is going to come back when FW get themselves sorted

Out of curiosity any idea why it was cast out of house in the first place? Or why they've decided to stop doing so?

I don't know specifics on that, only that all the small scale stuff used to be cast by a sub-contractor, and that they're now bringing it all in-house (and obfuscating that fact by talking about 'moulds wearing out', apparently).
