The Acta Sanctorum , a Retribution class Battleship and acting flagship of Battlefleet Carcharodon.
Here seen leaving the orbit of a Gas Giant, on it's way to intercept an Eldar raiding fleet reported in a nearby system.

Here's the ship I was on about in the desscussion thread. Some may reckonise the overall structure, but made the change and put weapons batteries along the sides and heavier weapon loadout.

Still having problems getting the camera to comply, but here goes again:
The Inquisition Black Ship Superbia Obscura, as last seen before her disappearance during warp drive trials. The rumour that a similar ship has been seen operating with the Steel Fist Space Marine chapter since then is nothing but fabrication...

I know I should space my entries out more, but if I don't add it now I'll just forget.
The Tempa Aura is a recommisioned Hulk found in the Armageddon sector. Although originally belonging to an unknown Grand Cruiser class that some say might predate the Heresy, it was rebuilt to the specifications of a Gothic class when the Adeptus Mechanicus reported trouble in producing a small enough reactor core that could still power all its systems.

Here is my entry. It's a Chaos Executor Class Grand Cruiser and it's called the Morbidity.
Notes: I painted the armoured prow rusty, in order to represent the fact that it still has a 5+ Armour Value in the front. Also, I have always thought it is strange that there are never any guns pointed downwards, although the game should be 3 D. That's why I postioned the lower lances upside down.

Ok, here's one for the painting side of things. Two escourts with thruster glow. Don't normally see this painted..as far as I'm aware. I've done this one my Despolier conversion as well.

The Repulsive Grand Cruiser never looked quite 'Grand' enough to me so I upgrade this one with some plastic chaos cruiser parts, adding some much need bulk to it as well as additional launch bays... which I added mostly for show.

I always rather liked space stations, and I like the basic principle of the ring of weapons batteries on the GW space station model, but beyond that I felt they never did the model justice.  For one thing, it has no launch bays, for another it does not seem to have enough mass, and I thought that it should have a more city-like appearance.  So I decided to finally do something about it and converted this model.
For the conversion part of the contest.
