Was watching a sealed epic 40k set on ebay out curiosity and the final price settled at $200. Crazy. I remember buying a set for $17 after GW cut support for it. Not sure who would be paying all that today. I mean, I've been a supporter of Epic 40k for a long time, and there is a lot of game in that game box, but still, $200 is a lot of money.

Yeah it's completely daft unless you desperately need the minis inside. The printed half of the box's contents are worthless.

Still, not sure two sprues of marines and 3 ork sprues plus ruins is worth $200.

Well I dont agree with that, the rules and army lists are pretty comprehensive for a single set, whereas AT/SM1 involved 3 rulebooks and horde of white dwarf articles, SM/TL involved multiple rulebooks and army books, and EpicA came up real light on official army lists. So a player could play Epic40k for a long time with what is just covered in the books thats included. So I do think its a great set, just surprised to see it go for $200.

Some people finally start realizing 3rd edition IS a great game. It is however very different from 1st, 2nd or Armageddon, that is sure.

WOW!!!!

Huge lot of really rare Imperial Guard stuff just got posted on ebay.

Never seen anything like this before.

Anybody know much about them???

If I knew how to post a picture I would but I am far too much of a Technosaur. Hell, I do not even know how to use a cell phone, let alone own one.

From what I can tell this is what's in the lot, but I am not 100% certain:
10 Chimera
6 Trojan
5 Centaur
2 ??? (looks like centaur with roof)
6 Basilisk, I think its Armageddon or Kreig-pattern
10 Crassus Armored Assault Transports
4 Praetor Armored Assault Launcher (at least thats what they are called on the FW page)

Anyways, if anyone can help with info that would be great.

yup that's what those are. Not FW but proxies from the time of the otterman heresy. expect silly prices.

Those were the days.. Bards are still singing about the golden days and how it all ended after The Demon Prince G.Wendy and his chaos turned allies teleported to the Otter fortress... And the rest is history..
