Post subject:  TOEG 2016 - The Karkov Crusade
Having failed at achieving anything Epic last year, I have committed to Epic being my game of 2016.

The Karkov Crusade is my plan to build a large linked Imperial Guard Force that will allow me to field lots of flavours of Guard under a DKoK theme. I also want to build a small Inquisition/Space Marine force to lead it under the watchful eye of Inquisitor General Karkov.

Great idea! Can't remember how near London you are but good be welcome at Central London wargames club if you wanted to try anything out!

Having debated long and hard over basing (and had a couple of false starts) I am going for an ice world for the Crusade troops.

I've managed to get a few Marines fulfil the 'tip of the spear' but will rely heavily on the Krieg Regiments to do the work. I'm thinking about which EpicUK Marine list will best allow me to proxy as an Inquisitorial force at the moment......

Great start mate! I really like the basing, and the simple grey of the armour works really well with the snowfall.
