10mm/15mm Wraith model? Maybe even larger. Also have a look at familiar models to see if anything takes your fancy. How are you planning to do the rest? Edenites?

The 40k deceiver looks quite well as its Epic version. Very undersized for 28mm, not so very oversized for 6mm.

Might be useful to know if doing necrons with drm: the DRM andrayada Bodyguard with the legs chopped off and replaced with guitar wire works well
