Hi, After last years success using the ToEG to keep me motivated, im going to expand the Tau forces this year. After last years efforts, the army is sitting around 2000 (ish) points. I plan on adding another 2000 points this year. Heres a link to last years effort - viewtopic.php?f=119&t=27864 Im quite taken with the Vior'la developmental list, so my Tau are being organised along those lines, although it wont take much to revert to a "standard" tau force. I hope to be cracking on with these soon! Steve |

I have wondered before if these might work : http://www.hawkwargames.com/products/angelos-jetskimmer Would need a bit of work on the top if the turret is left off but it's fairly bulky and has a large rear loading door. Probably a bit small though (41mm.) ? |

They do look promising, I agree leaving the turrets off would work. I could always use them as laser defence batteries or something.... How big is the epic orca? |

Forgot to mention, there is also a version with a SAM-type turret, which if based separately could make a nice tau objective...? |

Interesting  Does anyone have 1 spare DRM Kijakk skimmer?  I have these 3, but would like 1 more, so I can make 2 recon skimmer groups.....? Steve |

Hi, Does anyone know how I should go about representing a fireblade character? Im assuming on a firewarrior stand, its just a heroic looking guy, but how do you represent him on a crisis suit base? Is it a crisis suit with a fireblade pilot? So a crisis suit with different / distinct paint job? Steve |

The Neptune is a nice model, but there is no transport compartment..... Maybe as a bomber of some kind..? |

I used the PHR dropship. It's a little on the big side but I thought it worked alright. (can be seen here) |
