You know when I read that comment about 28mm models I genuinely had to go back and check....These are amazing. I'm hugely impressed with the shoulder pads.

This is fantastic work! They look stunning and the skeles were a great idea- I was toying with the idea of carving off some spare ork heads for my soon to be Iron warriors bases, but your idea is much easier! Now if you could just except some free commissions, I have plenty of minis to send you! ;)

Cant wait to see more, keep 'em coming!

Wow! Great feedback, thank you so much.

In the meanwhile I have painted some more tacticals and rhinos, but what I would really want to show you guys is something I made.

This is work in progress, I'm building my Salamander's Tactical Units - the little mean melta guys - .
They're equipped with a melta gun, but building a stricktly pure melta at 6mm I think it would not pop out while playing, and I want to have something "visible". So I cheated a bit building something more like a multi-melta, but quite simple to fit the scale. Here it is:

I made it with green stuff, I think it will look really cool once fully painted.. let's see how it works :)

I must admit I assumed it was a flamer at first glance but, either way, it works for Salamanders. Very nice work... inspiring even.

Oh very interesting :o As I said I'm a complete newbie to this, so ...oops... indeed it looks like a flamer, lololol.

Learning, learning, thank you for your feedback! ^-^

I am re-thinking my "melta gunners" so they don't look like flamers ;) but in the meanwhile..

amazing work, and just field them as flamers. It's very in character!
