This is just the first official post. i still have MUCH more to put up.

and now for some random imperials, Knights, beginnings of skitarrii, Titan legions, Space marine chapters.. Emerald Knights(home grown codex chapter) and space wolves. When i get my White Scars painted i'll post them up too.

I like how colorful your Squats are

Allright, but the details will get lost, and some are not in final stages of being painted or based. But i aim to please. As with the colorful squats, I've always been a fan of the primary colors when painting this race. I guess it comes from looking at both the dwarf army book and the Warlords book when i was younger. Heck my manowar fleet are in these colors too. I guess i like the nostalgic squat look and not the hard greys that some people do. Though i've seen some great paint jobs with them in those kind of color scheme. Also my warmaster dwarves are in similar colors though i did some as grey and green ( Atreides-Dune Movie) While others were blue and yellow or red and silver. I just like bright colors especially since my 6000 points of imperial guard are all military colors based on german and hungarian color schemes from WW2.

Also i have problems with painting runes but have good referance material from both the dwarf army book and Futhark norse runes. I see the paint jobs in the old epic books and wonder how the hell they did that.

I fell in love with the Squats
while looking through the Epic battles book & Warlords supplement too.

i will see what my IPhone can do with the group shots.. now i have to clear off my coffee table, lol
