Well I still need some more tank hulls but I have enough parts and Tav infantry to do a beginner 3k army, all thats missing is the drive to paint them up, enter TOEG

Does the entire session need to be from one army? I have quite a few that need work, would it be acceptable to bounce around between them so long as I got at least 500 points of one done in a month?

I'm sure that would be totally fine, in fact i'll be adding to a couple armies in my toeg. I would just like to request for my self a shot of what you have done so we know it's glory when you add to it!

Sounds like the perfect excuse to start that guard army I have been promising myself (and my opponents). Been musing for a while over Tallarn esert raiders and some of the great proxies out there....

So count me in!

I'm gonna try and take part for the first time this year... Fitting it in between our new arrival and trying to move house will prove challenging, but hey, I'll give it a shot!

G'day, I've tried and failed miserably at achieving this task a number of times and helped kick off the first TOEG in 05..

This year I will succeed... maybe.

Initially I was hoping to start in the summer. But thoughts have turned 180 and I think I better join from the start.

I always struggle to paint 6mm infantry (due to declining eyesight). In fact for my Epic orks I have put off painting my Warbands until the very last. If I am going to get my Blood Angels infantry painted I have realised that I need to do them first whilst motivation is at highest.

I have also been reinvigorated by finding box of some old figures including several beatleback Warlord Titans. Last night I kicked things off by paint stripping some beatlebacks.

So my TOEG is going to be Blood Angels (using the Codex Astartes list) and Legio Honorum (Deathbolts) (using the Legio Gryphonicus list). Please add me to the list and I will start a new thread.

Count me in for Squats for this year's TOEG. I already started the little guys so I'll guess i'll have to try to squeeze in another army for this year after these so it'll be fair.

I'll drop out of lurking and toss my hat in. Last time I did something like this, I ended up with 4,000 points worth of Beastmen painted.

I've ~4,000 points worth of Imperial Guard who could use some paint (not including Titan support IIRC).

In true Blindhorizon fashion i have changed my army at the last second. I will be doing orks... for now.

Can I scratchbuild 500pts of demon engine a month? Let's find out!

Just trying to get some Orks and BoatWars mini's out of the way for now before getting ready to set paint to brush on the 1st :-) Think I'll start with a step by step how to :-)
