I (badly) photoshopped in a more in-focus picture of the gunzmob. As the original photo had them as very blurry.

Very cool!

"Someone" should come up with a better design for the Soopa-gun though. That model never was my cup of tea... Some kind of wheels or tracks to tow it on would help for starters.

Naa wouldn`t make enough noise

The closest comparison to an existing Wh40k weapon would be the Wh40k Stompa's Deth Kannon which is actually smaller than the Epic Soopagun if scaled correctly.

I missed the Orks earlier debut on your hobby thread and had to go back to check out your other pics. Very nice work on the paint & I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the warband come together.

you dont mess around it's only the 2nd!

Can't put my finger on why but I really like the way those yellows have come out. How did you do the canopies, I like the style and it's different to my "gem" like way of doing it?

Pretty simple:

- Painted windows blue.
- Highlighted a couple of times with lighter blue smudges
- Washed the windows with Devlan Mud

I figured Orks wouldn't have particularly clean windows, so I threw smudges and mud at them until they looked kinda neglected. :-)
