Bit Behind the eight ball as this isnt 100% on the money, but im going to add 3k worth of Eldar to my current army to give the option of play it as a siam list.
Photos to come.
First on the painting block 500 points worth of Vampire hunters.

awesome! I don't think I've ever seen a badly painted Saim Hann army, although I've admittedly only seen 2 or 3. No pressure though :)

Agreed, Saim haan is a great colour scheme for epic eldar, should look very impressive on a vampire as well.

Righto so i got as far as undercoating my vampires and starting bases colurs, then i got sidetracked as i looked at the one winderrider host in my army and thought what kind of siam army has one host, so a better place to start was with bikes, so i got stuick in and before i knew it had my TOEG 500 points for this month and next haha, theres 27 stands of regular bikes and 6 of vypers, giving me enough for 5 standard formations + 3 extra bikes to bulk up one of them or any combination inbetween.

So here some pics of the core formations for the Army as it stands.

It must have taken you a good long time to do all those little stripe patterns on the bike canopies :o

Excellent idea replacing the flying stands on the bikes. I'll steal that; it might even get me going on my own Eldar again.
